Refunds

Lifetime is a one-time purchase and is not refundable. The Free plan exists so you can run ShipChamber on your own machine for as long as you like before paying; nothing in Lifetime changes how the app installs or runs.

Two exceptions we handle by email at support@shipchamber.com: a duplicate charge, or a key that never arrives and cannot be found under Find my key. Write from the email you paid with.

If something in Lifetime is broken for you, tell us. We fix bugs; that is what the purchase pays for.
