Privacy
Short version: the app sends nothing about your work anywhere. This page spells out the little it does send, and what the website and checkout collect.
The app
ShipChamber runs on your machine. Prompts, code, diffs, file paths, project names and session history stay there. We have no server that receives them and no account system.
Outbound connections the app makes:
- Your model providers, with the keys you configured in OpenCode. What they see is governed by their terms.
- Update check, once every six hours: the version you run and your platform. Nothing else.
- License check, only if you activated a Lifetime key: the key, a random install id, and the platform. Once a day.
- Private Relay, only if you turned it on: encrypted traffic passes through our edge servers. We cannot read it and we do not store it.
The website
No analytics scripts, no cookies set by us. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard request logs for a short period.
Checkout
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. They receive your email and card details; we receive your email, the payment id and the amount so we can issue and support your license. Card data never reaches us.
Your rights
Email support@shipchamber.com to see or delete what we hold about you. For a Lifetime buyer that is one row: email, license key, activation records. Deleting it revokes the license.
